Led by their director Ricardo Arguello, the staff, and volunteers of LLL Nicaragua have a unique opportunity as they are welcomed not only by all the congregations of the Lutheran Church in Nicaragua, but they are respected by the civic leaders as well. Known locally as Christ for all Nations, they are often invited to present at public schools and are well known within the communities they serve for the values they teach based on Lutheran doctrine.

Annually LLL Canada contributes $32 000 USD to the work being done in Nicaragua, distributed in quarterly segments. Director Ricardo provides us with detailed monthly status and to ensure we are compliant with Revenue Canada and accountable to our voting members. About $1000.00 of gifts received to LLL Canada are designated for Nicaragua each fiscal year, which means that the remainder comes from gifts and bequests that have been designated to go “wherever needed”.
